Lorica Employee Benefits came to us with a logo that had been inherited from their group company and did not relate to their current offering of employee services. They tasked Ralph with developing a new identity that would encompass their full spectrum of services from flexible benefits to employee financial education. The logo had to be bright and positive and fit with a range of existing materials and online resources.
Our approach was simple. Lorica had always been happy with one element of their branding; a colour 'swoop'. Using this as a starting point we created a logo that reinforced this visual concept and tied in the spectrum of colours across the brand. This new identity has been incorporated across brochures, signage, exhibition stands, websites and print materials, and is even starting to inform the development of logos for other companies within the group.
