We love designing brands for property developments. Each site has its own character and appeal, and we get to express this personality through a range of marketing mediums, printed and online. In the case of Printworks the site had a strong industrial heritage associated with traditional printing, but the development needed to attract young professionals.
The brand had to work well across diverse environments; on screen, large scale signage and in local press advertising. By opting for a strong yellow and black colour palette we knew that this would reproduce well in ads appearing in local papers where print quality cannot always be relied upon.
