Expert Jam came to Ralph needing help with their new business concept. Using their experience with jam-making they had developed their own recipe for a new energy gel with a difference. Using real fruit ingredients they had developed a high energy jam for sports professionals and enthusiasts. With a love of cycling they wanted their product to be easy to open and use whilst in the saddle, so in tandem with developing the recipe they set about producing an industry unique sachet, previously only used for condiments.
Ralph started at the beginning, developing the QimmiQ logo and brand concepts for the new product. Taking inspiration from vintage Tour de France posters a set of illustrations were created to give the brand a distinctive flavour. These were used across posters, packaging, T-shirts and informed the design of the sachet.
