CHX are a leadership and cultural change consultancy that works to improve performance through experiential learning events and interactive workshops. The aim is to unlock a higher level of mental performance which will in turn inspire and drive cultural change. Ralph were the only Bristol based agency asked to pitch against a strong London agency shortlist - we were delighted to win the work!
Based in Chamonix, France, it was important that the brand mixed both corporate high achiever appeal, whilst reflecting a flavour of the extraordinary location. A mix of iconography, action photography and dramatic landscape imagery were used to extend the brand. The website breaks down complex theory and development processes into engaging content, which explains what to expect from CHX as well as introducing the team of experts who deliver the programmes. The site is fully content managed, so CHX are able to adapt and change the site as the programmes and team develop.
