Cintre are a Bristol charity who help adults with difficulties gain independence and confidence, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives. They transform the lives of the people they work with and the people who care for them, by building trust and progression through support and interventions. When it came to rebranding, Cintre approached Ralph, as our charity credentials and creativity were a good fit for their requirements.
It was important that the new identity was warm, friendly and fresh and would translate well across both online and offline channels. In addition to the logo, the Ralph team created a bright secondary palate which could be used to accent key messages and bring an approachable but modern feel to the brand. The website is a full CMS, enabling the charity to update content throughout the site. The journeys for the three user groups was mapped out as part of the initial planning phase and an additional login feature was added for employees and individuals using the service to interact securely and exchange information.
