The Travel Foundation is a Bristol based charity with global reach. By its very nature, tourism values the things that are most precious in our world and can be a catalyst for growth in the local economy, but if it’s not managed well, tourism can have negative impacts on local communities. The Travel Foundation wanted a local creative and digital partner to help them create value in the sustainable tourism model.
Ralph have worked with the charity for a number of years, both on their main website and their training website. The website is at the core of the marketing activities and the Ralph team provide support with ongoing website development. We have also built functionality which enables the charity to integrate with their CRM and email new content and resources to their audience. In addition, we have designed and developed the charity’s training site, which comprises of online courses and surveys, the results of which are captured and managed in back-end databases. The site also incoporates other functionality like donating and social sharing.
